If you are an emergency case requiring immediate attention, please call (+233) 050 293 9712. We will give you instructions and directions. If you know the Medical Centre’ s address, please come as quick as possible. If you need transfer by us, please let us know by phone.
When you arrive at the Medical Centre, the staff will greet you and seat you at the waiting room. We will examine you as quick as possible – average waiting time is 15 minutes.
You may have referred yourself, have been referred by another specialist or by Medical Insurance. We will discuss your problem and ask about your medical history. A thorough examination will then follow. We may request examinations and tests to assist and support our diagnosis.
Laboratory test will be performed with no delay in the same building. If you have previous examinations and tests related to your current condition, please bring those along to the consultation. Also bring any copies of letters from other doctors or recent medication. It will help us to help you.
We will discuss with you the results of your examinations and we will recommend the proper treatment. Some conditions may be faced immediately by conservative or surgical treatment. In case you need surgery requiring general anesthesia, we arrange routine or urgent transfer or to your preferred destination (subject to stable medical condition). In special cases a patient can be escorted.
Otherwise, depending on the results of your examinations, the nature of the medical problem and your holiday plan, we will discharge you from our clinic, refer you on to another health professional or book you for surgery. If follow-up consultation or further consultations are required, we will indicate this and the staff will let you know the date and time of your next appointment.
If you are just coming for an ECG, Ultrasound or laboratory test and do not require to see a doctor you will not be required to do a clinic card. You will be directed to where you will have your test done in the shortest possible time.
Yes.
A Pediatrician is immediately available if needed.
Yes CD Clinic is a disable friendly facility. Whether you are blind, deaf or dumb or crippled you are more than welcome to our facility. Our professional nurses give you step by step guidance assisting you every step of the way until you are done and ready to exit our clinic.

We may prescribe for example analgesia treatment for your condition. Please let us know in case you have any allergy or other medical condition.
If you have already been taking drugs prescribed by your home doctor, please bring them with you for clarification or possible drug interactions and correlations with the new condition.
When you enter the clinic, you will be required to have your temperature taken after which you will be required to wash your hands. You will be required to have a face mask on, covering your nose and mouth before you are allowed entry .You will be welcomed by friendly nurses at our reception desk. Explain to them it is your first time at the clinic. They will let you know whether you may require a Clinic card for the service you want or not. All appointments to see a doctor will require that you fill a registration form and have a card generated for you and show you where to proceed from there. You can make your registration payments by MTN MoMo and do your Clinic card online this greatly reduces your waiting time. If you have registered for your clinic card online you just have to pick your card at the reception desk after which nurses will help you on where to proceed to.
Yes. At CD clinic you do not need a referral from your General Practitioner to see any of our Specialist. Our professional nurses may however help you to make the right choice of specialist to see if you are unsure about which specialist to see.
Yes. Making a card online greatly reduces your waiting time at the clinic. You will however be required pick your card before seeing a Doctor.
Yes. At CD clinic we see patients from around the globe, we however require an appointment to help you us book a translator for the specific language you speak.
Yes. You can come alone and have your preliminary testing or exam before coming with your fiancée or partner, but we advise coming together as these raises trust issues among will be couples.
If you need a medical report kindly ask the doctor attending to you who will then write out your report and ask you to pick it up at the reception desk. Medical reports usually take between 1-3 working days to write. You can also request for a medical report online after making the necessary payments.
Yes. You can come for a test if it has been requested outside of our Clinic. You will not be required to make a clinic card to have this done.
Yes. You can request for a personal hard copy or a request for your labs to be sent via email or WhatsApp. You may be required to fill a consent form to have this done for you at no extra charge.
We do not do elective Covid test for now. We however decide with our health partners to offer screening for you if you have symptoms or meet criteria for doing so.
No there is no separate registration for foreign Nationals. You will however need all the necessary information to do a clinic card if you have not done it online.
Yes. We accept some local private health insurance cards but no foreign health insurance for now, we do not however accept NHIS cards. Kindly find out from our reception if we accept your insurance card.
Yes, you can book for a doctor to come see you at home for a fee. You may also request for a telemedicine consult via any of our online portals.
Yes, we accept foreign currency at prevailing bank rate.
Yes ,You can register all your family or company staff at the administration this allows them to receive medical care and at the end of the month bills will be sent to you for payment. This is advantageous for you and your family as you do not have to pay upfront in case of an emergency.
Yes, we accept visa payments.
My General Practitioner from another Hospital or Clinic asked me to see a Specialist. How do I proceed when I get to the Clinic?

Am coming for screening for breast and cervical cancer do I need a card, and do I have to do a clinic card or pay any fees?
No you do not require a clinic card for a screening test. Breast cancer screening is free but you will be required to pay for fees for cervical cancer screening for your samples to be taken to the lab. Depending on your test results the Doctor or nurse may recommend you see a doctor.
CD Clinic is the safest place to visit during this Covid pandemic. Our strict adherence to Infection prevention and control protocols ensures highest level of safety for you during your clinic visit. If for any reason you cannot come to the clinic you may request for a telemedicine consult after making the necessary payments after which your prescriptions will be delivered at your door step.

Free Parking is available in front and around the Medical Centre.
Yes. Family and friends may visit you at any time during your admission. At certain times however there may be restrictions on the number of visitors a patient is entitled to.
You will still be required to make a card even if you have been referred to see the surgeon directly from another clinic. If you were booked earlier by a Specialist clinic and could not have your surgery done for one reason or another, you may be required to see the Specialist surgeon again to book for your surgery depending on the time interval that has elapsed.

Please carry your hospital card with you when coming or provide your hospital number given you online when you registered. Proceed to the nurses at the reception desk and confirm your appointment after which you will be directed to where to go or what to do.
