Moremi Initiative for Women's Leadership in Africa

Moremi Initiative is an African initiative by African women. We firmly believe that the full and active participation of women in leadership is a pre-requisite for positive change and development in Africa.

INVEST
To invest in young women and girls by equipping them with resources, capabilities and connections to enable them realize their full leadership potential and increase the numbers of women in leadership positions

TRANSFORM
To transform fellows by developing and executing deliberate and systematic leadership and empowerment models that will serve as guides for the development of young women and girls with the necessary qualities and skills to play a key role in moving the continent forward; 

PROMOTE
To promote the achievements of women and girls through the dissemination of information about the accomplishments of fellows;

SUPPORT
To support women and girls solidarity and partnership through mentoring and role modeling programs.
