The program is delivered through workshop by qualified resource persons and lasts for a maximum of six month. At the end of the program, participants receive certification. Additionally, we provide consultancy on organizational leadership and development, with the objective to boost organisational performance through an effective leadership management.

The organizational leadership and development program runs two sessions in the year—

Session 1: January to June; and

Session 2: July to December
